Richard delivers an ode to Minnesota and gives us all the details on his incredible work with Minnesotans United for All Families, the campaign that helped Minnesota become the first state in the nation to defeat a constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage. It’s an amazing anatomy-of-a-movement tale!

Then, we’re joined by writer/philanthropy-guru Cindy Rizzo who gives us some tips on building community and deconstructs for us everything that went down at Creating Change 2016 including what we all can learn from what happened.
